16 February, 2026Tekniker will exhibit a solution based on robotic technologies for the integration of digital metrology directly into the production flow at BIEMH 2026. This is a collaborative robotic cell equipped with an intelligent vision and gripping system that allows parts to be identified, handled, and classified autonomously.
The cell incorporates 3D measuring equipment capable of verifying the dimensions of complex components online, integrating quality control into the manufacturing process itself. This approach eliminates the need to transfer parts to a metrology laboratory, reducing inspection times and improving operational efficiency.
One of the distinguishing features of the proposal is the combination of a flexible part feeding system with an automatic digital metrology system, an integration that is unusual in industrial environments. This architecture allows the solution to be adapted to different types of components and production scenarios.
The cell also integrates the Smart Factory Hub platform, developed by Tekniker, which facilitates the capture, storage, processing, and visualization of data generated by industrial equipment throughout the product life cycle, reinforcing digitization and traceability in the plant.
