During the event, both companies showcased applications based on automated inspection technologies, deep learning, and intelligent quality control systems, designed to improve traceability, reduce errors, and optimize operational efficiency on the factory floor.
One of the main focuses of STT Systems’ participation was VISIO, its division specializing in industrial machine vision. The demonstrations showcased capabilities for real-time defect detection, 100% production inspection, and the integration of vision systems into existing automated lines without affecting operational throughput.
The solutions developed by VISIO are designed to address common challenges in industrial processes, facilitating the automation of quality control tasks and helping to reduce costs associated with rejects, incidents, and rework.
The collaboration with STEMMER IMAGING also highlighted the value of integrating specialized machine vision hardware with solutions tailored to the specific needs of each industrial environment.
