SMARTLOG WILL AUTOMATE ARABIAN OUD’S LOGISTICS TO SUPPORT ITS INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Smartlog has been selected by Arabian Oud to automate its distribution centre in Saudi Arabia, with the aim of increasing operational capacity, streamlining order fulfilment and strengthening control over a rapidly growing business.

The solution will incorporate AutoStore technology featuring R5 Pro robots, CarouselPort stations, a dual interconnected VersaPort and pick-to-light systems. The entire system will be integrated with Galys, Smartlog’s intralogistics software, which will centralise inventory management, traceability and the coordination of automated processes.

The new facility will enable the integrated management of B2B orders, new brands and e-commerce, reducing travel and manual operations whilst improving productivity and accuracy in order fulfilment.

The project, which is scheduled to be rolled out in early 2027, will support Arabian Oud’s international growth and strengthen Smartlog’s presence in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East as a provider of turnkey intralogistics solutions.
