14 February, 2024

The Smartlog Group proudly introduces the Smartpallet, a pioneering multidirectional robotic system for pallet storage, set to be implemented in Zaragoza in 2024. This system, a unique offering in Smartlog's catalog for Iberia, represents a significant advancement in pallet storage and handling processes.

The innovative design of Smartpallet allows for multidirectional movements and level transitions, offering the versatility to relocate any pallet within the system. Its robust design enables the transportation of heavy loads up to 1,500 kg, showcasing its capability in intensive storage and order preparation environments. The planned implementation for a client handling around 40,000 pallets highlights Smartpallet's ability to efficiently manage large-scale storage and order preparation operations.

Elevating efficiency and sustainability in storage logistics

At the core of Smartpallet is its intelligent decision-making process, powered by real-time data analysis. This feature not only boosts productivity and optimizes space in storage environments but also contributes significantly to sustainability. The system's autonomous nature ensures seamless integration with clients' ERP and processing lines, enabling pallet management without manual handling. Additionally, its vertical transfer units facilitate movement in all directions, ensuring flexible and efficient access to stored items.

The modular design of Smartpallet is a standout feature, offering scalability and the agility to meet evolving business challenges. This adaptability makes it an essential tool for various applications, including adapting to high-demand periods and integrating with manufacturing processes or existing storage technologies.
