SISTEPLANT UNVEILS ITS CYBERPLANT MODEL AT ADVANCED FACTORIES

At this year’s Advanced Factories event, Sisteplant has introduced its new cyberplant model, an integral approach to digital and collaborative transformation in manufacturing. From booth 4C416, the company is going to be showcasing live demonstrations of its key components.

A human-centered model for smart factories

Sisteplant’s cyberplant represents a significant evolution of the traditional smart factory, combining digitalization, automation, and robotics to foster meaningful collaboration between humans and machines. Designed with predictive capabilities and sustainability in mind, the model enhances human performance through technology tailored to support operators rather than replace them.

It can be implemented modularly or comprehensively, depending on the specific needs of each organization, and is suitable across all industrial sectors.

R-Bot: Autonomous and flexible automation

A standout feature of the model is R-Bot, a technological solution comprising a fleet of mobile robots that work in coordination with one another and with human teams. These units are tasked with inspection, maintenance, quality control, production monitoring, and safety operations across industrial plants and infrastructure. This solution stems from Sisteplant’s substantial commitment to R&D, with over 20% of its revenue reinvested annually in innovation.

Enhanced CAPTOR and PRISMA platforms

Alongside the cyberplant, Sisteplant is also presenting major updates to its digital platforms CAPTOR® MES and PRISMA® GMAO, both of which now include AI and predictive features.

  • PRISMA enables real-time, paperless maintenance management, automation of workflows, and the use of intelligent analytics to uncover patterns and forecast operational needs.
  • CAPTOR, a flexible MES platform, now supports web-based and multi-device monitoring, helping plant operators make better decisions through visual tools and real-time data.

A milestone in industrial transformation

David López, CEO of Sisteplant, highlighted the relevance of this initiative, calling it “one of the most significant R&D projects in the company’s history.” He noted that the model’s uniqueness lies in its integrated approach and its promotion of human-machine collaboration, setting a new benchmark for the future of industrial transformation on a global scale.

With this comprehensive proposal, Sisteplant strengthens its leadership in the field of smart manufacturing and positions itself at the forefront of global cyberplant deployment.
