In this field, IDEKO and Savvy Data Systems are collaborating on the development of solutions designed to optimize complex industrial processes through advanced digitalization and intelligent analytics.
The proposal integrates IDEKO’s expertise in advanced manufacturing with Savvy Data Systems’ technological capabilities in industrial data processing and analysis. The goal is to enable continuous monitoring of machines and processes, facilitating the early detection of deviations, the optimization of production parameters, and the improvement of the quality of high-value-added components.
These solutions enable the capture of critical process information—such as vibrations or operational variables—and process it directly at the machine level using Edge Computing technologies. As a result, artificial intelligence algorithms can act in real time on the production process, adjusting parameters or anticipating potential incidents before they affect production.
The technology developed helps reduce cycle times, minimize rejects, and optimize energy and raw material consumption—factors that are particularly important in sectors such as aerospace, where the manufacture of lightweight and complex materials demands high standards of quality and sustainability.
Furthermore, this approach ensures data sovereignty and privacy, a strategic requirement in industries with critical security demands such as aerospace and defense. Although initially applied in this field, these capabilities are transferable to other high-demand industrial sectors, such as energy, automotive, or rail.
