27 April, 2026Ibernova has launched IbernovaMES, a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution designed specifically for industrial workshop environments, with the aim of eliminating blind spots in production execution and improving real-time operational control.
In many workshops, a lack of visibility regarding times, micro-stops, incidents or actual costs hinders decision-making and affects profitability. IbernovaMES addresses this issue by connecting machines, operators and production orders, automatically recording key data such as times, statuses or incidents through integration with PLCs and sensors. In this way, it provides a single, reliable source of information for production, maintenance, quality and management.
The solution enables deviations to be detected during production, allows planning to be adjusted according to the workshop’s actual capacity, and improves decision-making during the shift itself. Key results include reductions of up to 45% in set-up times, a 60% reduction in rework, and a decrease of up to 20% in unit cost per batch, alongside improvements in on-time delivery and machine reliability.
IbernovaMES integrates natively with the ERP, linking the operational reality of the plant with business management. This integration allows for the comparison of planned and actual costs, eliminating duplication and providing a comprehensive view of the business.
