10 February, 2026FDNDT will present a new technology for the comprehensive control of constant velocity joints at BIEMH 2026 this year. The solution allows the hardness and depth of the tempered layer to be predicted by applying induced currents combined with artificial intelligence algorithms.
The system is designed to enable 100% production control, ensuring the quality of parts without resorting to systematic destructive testing. This approach helps reduce the operating costs associated with traditional testing, optimize the parameters of the hardening process, and decrease energy consumption. Likewise, the improvement in process efficiency translates into a reduction in CO₂ emissions linked to production.
During the fair, FDNDT will also showcase its range of portable quality control equipment, including thickness gauges, crack depth measurement systems, and 64:128 phased array equipment with TFM technology. The offering is rounded out with machine vision and artificial intelligence solutions for detecting surface defects in extruded aluminum profiles.
The company will be present in Hall 3, stand A03, where it will showcase its developments aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of industrial processes.
