Creaform's exhibition focuses on its non-contact 3D scanning technologies, which are especially useful for product development and dimensional inspection in manufacturing environments. Their portable scanners, including the HandySCAN 3D and MetraSCAN 3D, help manufacturers cut development time and costs while improving productivity and ensuring quality standards.
A highlight is the Automation Kit, which transforms handheld scanners into fully automated quality control stations by integrating a collaborative robot (Cobot). This hybrid setup enables flexible use in both portable and automated modes to suit a variety of industrial needs.
Complementing the hardware offering, Creaform also presented its Metrology Suite, a comprehensive software package for reverse engineering, dimensional inspection, dynamic tracking, and digital twin generation. This platform enhances the value of the scanning systems by providing a complete 3D measurement solution.
